Last week Charmaine was doing a presentation to a team on the topic of Teamwork by Design. I always weave my way into her presentations somehow.
One of the workshop participants left her a little note written on a piece of paper which said “Charmaine, The strength of the pack is the wolf. The strength of the wolf is the pack!”
WOW! What a great way to look at a team.
