We just returned from the second leg of our PAWS Across Canada Tour  and what fun we had!

The last part of our tour was in Manitoba, Canada. While there we had a great stay in Winnipeg sponsored by the Mere Hotel.

The Mere Hotel has great customer service.  We arrived on HOWLoween, so I was dressed up as Toby the Super Dog and look at the great Mere Hotel Team!

Students Help Dog Reach a Million Acts of Kindness

There's just so much to write about.

Between playing fetch.  Sleeping.  Playing with Toys.  Sleeping.  Cuddles with my humans.... I see a lot of good stuff going on in the world.

Mom, dad and I were in Lloydminster for our Paws Across Canada tour,  We presented to a group of PAWmazing students at Barr Colony School.  These students showed so much respect, kindness, and acceptance to us.  And gave me a huge "HI TOBY!" welcome.

After the presentation, we met with five students to talk about what kindness is.  Their answers were great.  The students said kindness is: helping someone if they hurt themselves, telling your mom she has a nice shirt, hugging your pet, feeding your dog, helping clean the school, saying nice things to people.

Kindness in our view is about kindness to people, pets, and the planet.

The students raised their hands to join me on our kindness mission by doing one act of kindness.

Dog Gives Award to Pet Friendly Hotel

We are on our PAWS Across Canada Tour building a kinder Canada one paw one person at a time.

This leg of the tour is through Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

This leg of the tour started off at Microtel Inn & Suites. They generously hosted our stay in Lloydminster.  We LUVED them so much we gave them the Toby Tested Toby Approved award.

Here's 4 PAWS Up reasons that we loved this hotel so much:

1) Pet friendly rooms are on main floor with easy access to outside doors.

2) The pet friendly rooms are so quiet... nothing woke me up!

3) There was lots of grassy areas (super well lit) for mom and dad to walk me around.

4)  There were garbage cans 

The bonus was the pawmazing customer service!  I was treated like a movie star... and I saw them treat everyone with that same welcoming approach.  

Next time you are traveling through Lloydminster, make sure Microtel is your hotel for pet friendly stays.

PAWS Across Canada Comes to Lloydminster Oct 20

I luv shopping for PAWducts that we luv!

This was me during our first leg of PAWs Across Canada...building a kinder Canada one paw one person at a time.   I was trying to do the shopping cart dance at Petland, they were one of our amazing partners on the tour!

On Oct 20 we leave for the 2nd leg of the tour... to Saskatchewan and Manitoba!

 

I'll be filling up my Outward Hound back pack with toys and other stuff we need for the tour.  I luv to have a job!

Our partners, The Original Poop Bags, our number two sponsor (LOL.... get it?  Number 2!!) will be traveling with us everywhere!

  Mom will be making sure she packs to of my fave toys... the Kong

Last time dad threw one and it got stuck in a tree, and mom has a girly throw and we often lose them.   So we'll bring some extra.

I'll be filming the whole tour with my very own Go Pro Video Camera.

Our first stop will be Lloydminster.  We'll be staying at Microtel Inn & Suites.

PAWS Across Canada Tour (the second leg) launches in just a couple of weeks

We are headed to Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

 

It will be pawsome to head out, spread some kindness and visit thousands of kids at school presentations.  October is bully prevention month which is why we decided to tour during this important month.

Joining us on this tour is our new partner.
